In the dry season from 30 September 2015 to 10 December 2015 when the blowout occurrence started spewing out methane gas at 07:45:49.95 UTC, the dam surge had exerted a force of 4.3 x 10^14 Newtons in the downward direction at a power of 9.67 million terawatts for an estimated 31.5 milliseconds with an estimated dam content change(water withdrawal) of the world’s dams of 43.88 BCM causing a downward displacement of the well location by 708.1 m from its position on 30 September 2015. This occurred when the dam surge applied at the centre of gravity of the world’s dams at 25.02152068 93.55525846 was moving from a dam quake of 2.3 MM magnitude  at Greece which occurred at  10-12-2015  07:40:07. Located at a depth of 8 km at 38.54 20.48 to a dam quake of 4.2 MM magnitude at depth of 106 km at Tarapaca Chile which occurred at 10-12-2015  07:50:03 at location -20.66 -69.27 .
