The seismic risk is stated here as follows:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's estimate of the risk each year of an earthquake intense enough to cause core damage to the reactor at Callaway was 1 in 500,000, according to an NRC study published in August 2010.[13][14] This was the lowest probability of any U.S. reactor.

Applying the precautionary principle to modern civilization, I find that it is causing daily conditions leading to extinction. Thus we must change over to a normal civilization so that the generically unscientific basis of modern civilization of a society of specialists is replaced by one based on truth.

Using earthquake data worldwide for the period 2015-06-01 to 2015-07-24, my principal findings for the Calloway plant based on a scientific evaluation of the surge waves unleashed by the dams of the world are as follows:
Referring to Table DSLIFT, a dam surge wave was initiated by a worldwide total simultaneous dam content change of 5.43 BCM(billion cubic meters) or 5.43 million km water pressure head change per square meter at the center of gravity of the dams located at 21.56,91.64 by 23th July 2015 resulting in an upward lift of the Calloway region of 747 m in 53 to 54 days from the level on 2015-06-01. This surge caused a water moment application equivalent to a major earthquake of 7.9 MM moment magnitude applying a power of more than 7 million terawatts for about 5 to 6 milliseconds(Table CRCS) at Calloway on 2015-07-23T02:39:27.000Z.
Thus we have on our hands an utterly unacceptable dam caused nuclear event like the one that led to Fukushima catastrophe from the description of the RCS situation at enenews.
The precautionary principle states that whenever there is a scientific uncertainty regarding any aspect of activity initiated by man threatening life, we must immediately stop such a process and establish the causes and the remedies for preventing such a calamity by independent scientific studies and put the whole issue for a referendum in a democracy.
