The China Petrochemical Factory Blaze was due to the World's Dams: 15 July 2015.

15 2015 : Yet another example of Self
destruction by modern civilization.

Applying the precautionary principle, it is highly probable
that this is a disaster caused by the world’s dams. On 16th July 2015
at 740 AM local time or 2340 UTC on 15 July 2015, a dam surge- a 38 msec pulse
of more than 117000 terawatts hit the petrochemical complex for an assumed
length of a kilometer of the plant(Table SPRC). The Rizhou area where the blaze
occurred was already lifted up some 173 m by the surge waves occurring from the
begin of the hydrological year 2015-06-01 till
2015-07-15, at the rate of uplift of more than 3.8 m per day(Table PDRD). On 15 July, this impulse wave was
passing from an earthquake which it caused at Romania at 23:38:31 UTC to an
earthquake it caused at Tarapaca, Chile at 23:54:48 UTC, when it hit the
Petrochemical complex at 23:43:14.8 UTC. Note that this corresponds to an
enormous lift of 775 m for the average location of all the earthquake locations
at the end of the 45 day period of the monsoon.
The belief in the truth of a law increases in direct
proportion to the number of successful instances of the law.
